Training Graduates.

This four week class series for graduates of the TARA DBT Coping Skills Family workshops is for those who feel they need to practice what they have learned in a safe place with support. It is for those who have already benefited from learning DBT Skills but want to learn more. The four classes will help you “put it all together.” We will roll play when to use each skill and practice perfecting the DBT dance. Classes will utilize newest Linehan Training tapes and CD programs.

If you cannot attend the series, it is okay to attend fewer classes. Just let us know what evenings you plan to attend. If you feel you are not yet ready for the graduate class, we suggest you repeat the 8-week class at a special graduate discounted rate. 4
